Replicating Human Judgment for the AI era

The bet — what we disagree on

We can already run thousands of AI agents in parallel. Almost no one does. The usual explanation is trust. That’s only half of it.

Suppose it’s fully solved: no hallucinations, nothing to review. Does everyone now run thousands?

No. You can't make thousands of agents each do their work the way you would have. Your judgment runs on a single thread — the biological limit of human cognition.

As AI advances, human judgment matters more. True. But watch how most people hold that fact. They take it as good news — the safe harbor where humans stay relevant, the last thing the machines can’t reach.

We treat it as the final constraint to break.

“Just specify it upfront” you might say.

You can’t. Reality keeps outrunning the spec. If you step in to make those choices, you’re back to a single thread. If you don't, the agents default to the generic.

So here’s the bet: human judgment can be reproduced generatively and that unlocks the next step-change in productivity.

What we’re building — our hypothesis

Strip it down, and your biological brain just processes new input into output based on three things: what has been input, how it was organized, and what has been output before.

If we store your context, thinking, and decisions — and take in all the surrounding conditions shaping your judgment — we can infer what you'd output for any new input.

Not a lookup. Not a replay of past decisions. Emergent judgment — your edge, generatively reproduced, even in situations you’ve never faced.

That is our hypothesis. So we built a brain-inspired architecture for that: agents consult it to make the exact call you would have made if you were standing there.

If it holds — what this unlocks

Run as many as you want, all at once. Not generic — every single one makes the call you'd have made.

Until now, the trade was forced: scale or judgment, never both.

Your judgment stops being bound to your attention. Work can branch, decisions can happen in parallel, and not every branch has to come back through you.

What would make us wrong

If agents become their own judges — the ASI bet — we’re wrong. They find what needs solving in the world, choose what to build, keep every layer of it true to that vision. That’s where AI is racing. If it lands, we’d take that world.

If knowing you doesn't materially change what an agent can be trusted to decide, we're wrong too. The point isn't better personalization. It's whether work that once had to come back through you can keep moving without you.

It might not hold. We're building it anyway.
